- Monoterpenols: terpinen-4-ol, α-terpineol, cis/trans tuyanol ≈60%
- Monoterpenes: limonene ≈20%

- Phenols: thymol, carvacrol ≈5%
Indicated for:
- Sore throat
- Sinusitis
Uses:
Topical route: Dilute to 50% (e.g., 1 drop of EO + 1 drop of VO jojoba) and apply on the affected area in massage, 2 to 3 times a day.
Oral route: Add 1 or 2 drops on a sugar cube, a tablespoon of honey or food-grade VO and ingest 2 to 3 times a day, under the supervision of a specialist.
Indicated for:
- Sinusitis
- Bronchitis
Uses:
Topical route: Mix 1 drop of EO thyme thujanol + 1 drop of EO ravintsara, diluted in 20 drops of fluid VO. Apply the preparation on the chest, back, and feet, 2 times a day.
Contraindicated during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and for children under 6 years.
