Zingiber officinale

- Sesquiterpenes: γ-curcumene ≈70%
- Monoterpenes: α-terpinene, sabinene, limonene, γ-terpinene ≈15%
- Monoterpenols: geraniol, citronellol ≈5%
Indicated for:
- Nausea: motion sickness, pregnancy*, postoperative
- Constipation
Uses:
Inhalation route (nausea): Apply 2 drops on a handkerchief, directly from the container or using an EO inhaler, and perform deep inhalations, both preventively and when nausea appears.
Oral route (sublingual): Apply a drop under the tongue as a preventive or when nausea appears.
Topical route (constipation): Mix 2 drops of EO ginger + 2 drops of EO lavender vera in 10 ml of VO. Apply 2 or 3 drops of the preparation and perform a massage once a day.
Indicated for:
- · Rheumatic pain: arthritis, arthrosis, postoperative
Uses:
Sublingual route: Apply a drop under the tongue as a preventive or when nausea appears.
Topical route: Prepare based on 20 ml of VO cumin (black) + 9 drops of EO ginger, perform a massage on the affected area for about 10 minutes a day.
Topical route: Apply diluted. In special situations (pregnancy*, pediatrics, polymedicated patients…) to use under the supervision of a specialist.
