Indicated for:
- Varicose veins
- Tired legs
- Hemorrhoids
Uses:
Topical route: Add 2 drops of EO to the dose of circulatory cream or dilute the 2 drops in a 50% mixture of VO calophyllum and VO almond (sweet).
Topical route (hemorrhoids): Add a maximum of 1-2% essential oil in a vegetable base, cream, or gel.
Indicated for:
- Dry cough
- Spasmodic cough
Uses:
Aromadiffusion: Add 5 to 10 drops of EO.
Topical route: Dilute 1 drop of EO in 15 drops of apricot vegetable oil and massage the chest and back, 2 or 3 times a day.
Oral route: Add 1 drop of essential oil to a tablespoon of honey or natural cough syrup.
Contraindicated in patients with estrogen-dependent cancer and mastosis. Contraindicated during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and for children under 6 years.
